How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your BulkLauncher account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Self-Service
- Log in to your BulkLauncher account.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Disconnect Facebook to revoke our access to your Facebook data.
- Contact us at support@bulklauncher.com to request full account deletion.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@bulklauncher.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash).
- Your Facebook connection data (access tokens, user ID).
- All campaign configurations and drafts.
- All uploaded creative assets (images, videos).
- All templates and saved settings.
Note: Campaigns already published to Facebook are managed by Facebook and are not affected by deleting your BulkLauncher account. You can manage those directly through Facebook Ads Manager.
Facebook Data
You can also remove BulkLauncher's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites.
- Find BulkLauncher and click Remove.
