By accessing or using BulkLauncher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BulkLauncher is a campaign management tool that allows you to create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns in bulk through the Facebook Marketing API. The Service requires you to connect your own Facebook account and ad account.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must have proper authorization to manage the Facebook ad accounts you connect.
  • You must comply with Facebook's Advertising Policies when creating campaigns through BulkLauncher.

4. Facebook Integration

BulkLauncher interacts with Facebook on your behalf using the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to Facebook's API, policies, or platform availability.
  • Ad account restrictions or bans imposed by Facebook.
  • Ad spend or campaign performance results.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Facebook's policies.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

BulkLauncher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost ad spend, rejected campaigns, or account restrictions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
