  • Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Facebook data: when you connect your Facebook account, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, access token, and the list of ad accounts and pages you grant us access to. We use this data solely to manage ad campaigns on your behalf.
  • Campaign data: ad campaign configurations, creative assets (images/videos), and targeting settings you create within the platform.
  • Usage data: basic analytics such as login timestamps and feature usage to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the BulkLauncher service.
  • To create and manage Facebook ad campaigns on your behalf via the Facebook Marketing API.
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
  • To improve and maintain the platform.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

  • With Facebook/Meta, as necessary to create and manage ad campaigns through their API.
  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, database).
  • When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Facebook access tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all communications and follow industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by visiting our Data Deletion page or emailing us at support@bulklauncher.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect your Facebook account from BulkLauncher at any time through the Settings page, which revokes our access to your Facebook data.
